Q1.     What is your MOQ?
A:  The Minimum Order Quantity is not required for our regular items and color

Q2.     How about your warranty?
A: Our warranty is technically for 12 months, if there are some quality problems with our products, we can make you a replacement with next order shipment.

Q3.   What is your lead time?
 A: 5 working days for sample,  Generally, it will take 15 to 50 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order

Q4.   Can you send me samples for testing? How do you ship them?
A:   Yes, we would love to send you samples, but the cost of material and postage should be paid by the buyers. the       samples are usually shipped by the express companies which are popular in the world, such as FedEx, DHL, UPS and TNT and so on. 

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A:Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q6.   Can you accept your order based on OEM or ODM?
A:  Yes, we can put your logo on the products, and customize the models according to your requirements.

Q7. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q8. What is your terms of delivery?
 A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q9. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery
